Returns Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Any item which have been personalised to you e.g with initials etc. - cannot be returned - please be aware of this when purchasing!
 

We understand that when buying online, spontaneous decisions and mistakes can lead to you needing to return an item. At GoingOutOut we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days (excluding delivery fee). We will try our best to meet this 14-day target for our customers, however during busy periods such as Christmas or during a sale, this may take slightly longer. 

The item needs to be unworn and with its original tags and packaging. Take care when trying on your purchases as any items with general wear and tear or makeup stains etc. will be refused a refund or exchange and your order will be sent back to you. Orders which are claimed to be faulty will be looked at carefully to make sure that no tampering has been made to them. Items must be returned at the customer's expense. 

We can not accept returns for items which have been damaged when washing - there is care instructions attached to each item which need to be followed correctly.

Please include the original copy of your invoice so that we have all your details. We will need your order number, full delivery address details, and a clear statement of why you wish to return your item or which item you wish to exchange your current one for. This is all included on the returns part of your order slip. Please fill this out and put it in the return package. You must also have proof of postage when you send us an item back - failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return or exchange. We have the right to refuse any exchange or return if the item/s are not returned in a satisfactory condition or are purposely damaged.
